I am an independent occupational therapist specialising in accommodation, adaptations, specialist equipment and functional rehabilitation goals.
I provide assessments, recommendations and reports for Solicitors, Architects, Case Managers, Local Authorities, NHS and Private Clients.
I work predominantly with adults who have physical disabilities in Yorkshire and surrounding areas.

I am passionate about making a meaningful difference to every client I work with by drawing on my experience gained over the last 27 years working in the NHS, Social Services, Housing Associations, and the Private Sector.

ASSESSMENTS
I offer comprehensive assessments that are customised to meet individuals' specific needs. With my expertise in housing and equipment, I conduct assessments for various referrals, including private clients, case managers, solicitors, and deputies. I have extensive experience assisting individuals who have experienced catastrophic injuries, clinical negligence, and long-term medical conditions.

EQUIPMENT
I have expertise in recommending and sourcing equipment from statutory services and reputable local suppliers. When deemed appropriate, I can facilitate equipment demonstrations to evaluate suitability, thereby enabling individuals to make informed decisions prior to their purchase.

ADAPTATIONS
I am deeply passionate about assisting individuals in creating safe and comfortable living environments that promote their independence. As an experienced occupational therapist, I understand how various health conditions develop, enabling me to suggest home adaptations that address current and future needs. I listen to the client's preferences on how they want their home to look during the adaptation process.
